We all want to have a glowing skin, hair and nails! And more, LOSING WEIGHT! But at the same time we want to have a great intake of minerals and vitamins in our diet. The secret is here and it doesn't take more than five minutes - but first get your blender and lets start ;)
- 1 or 2 Bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches (alternative: all kinds of berries)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango ( alternatives: oranges)
- a couple handfuls of spinach
